The Honda BF10 is a compact, portable outboard engine renowned for its superior reliability and economy, with responsive power and performance. If you have an inflatable boat, a RIB or a tender, the Honda 10hp is not only easy to transport but easy to operate too. A decompression system for easy starting makes the engine much easier to turn over with manual recoil start and a Programmed Ignition (PGM-IG) accurately controls ignition timing to provide optimum torque and throttle response. Easy manual tilt allows the engine to be tilted up in stages, lifting the engine up or down allows you to manually trim the boat to allow maximum engine performance and fuel efficiency. Tilting of engine also allows you to protect the propeller when you find yourself near rocks or the water's edge. A high output 6 amp charging outlet maintains battery charge and powers electronics on-board, even at trolling speed. 

The Honda BF10SHU and BF10LHU feature tiller control, F-N-R gears, manual recoil start, manual tilt and are supplied complete with standard alloy propeller, safety lanyard and 12.5 litre fuel tank. Weight of 42KG.
