Whether it's for commercial or leisure use, when the Honda 20hp spins in to life you'll notice how quiet it is as you roll on the power. With the exclusive Honda rubber mount device that soaks up the vibrations, the engine feels smooth too. The Honda BF20 is a high output outboard that will push you and your passengers comfortably through the water when you're out for a days work, or cruising and fishing. Light and compact, the 20hp 4-stroke 350cc engines are easy to start thanks to an automatic decompression system and a Programmed Ignition (PGM-IG) that accurately delivers the correct amount of fuel/air mixture to the twin cylinders. These compact engines are robust making them perfect for commercial use too. A high-output 6 amp charging outlet maintains battery charge and will support most electronic equipment on-board, even at lower revs and slower speeds. Manual trim and tilt allows the engine tilt up and down in 5 stages, enabling you to trim the boat to allow maximum performance and fuel efficiency. Tilting of engine also allows you to protect the propeller when you find yourself near rocks or the water's edge. A forward mount shift lever for fingertip gear changing together with twist-lock throttle, operating the Honda BF20 is easy and effortless; just roll on and off the power all day long or lock in position - just like cruise control.

The Honda BF20SRU and BF20LRU feature remote control, F-N-R gears, electric start, manual tilt and a 12 amp charging coil. Supplied complete with safety lanyard, standard alloy propeller and a 12.5 litre fuel tank.
