Refunds & Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, even if there is no defect, you can return your order to us, either by post or by coming into our store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange [Returns Policy].

For our Returns Policy to apply the item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received by you.

Once the item is received by us under the Returns Policy it will be inspected by ourselves and provided the item is in the original packaging and condition your refund will be processed and a full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days (Please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 2-10 working days after your credit is applied for it to be received back in to your account).

All items returned after the 30 day period which are not considered to be faulty and are returned in their original packaging and condition, will not be eligible for a full refund but will be offered store credit at the current shop floor price.

Packaged items must remain in their original packaging, unopened unless the item bought is not fit for its purpose described nor of satisfactory quality.

Any used goods that are neither considered to be faulty nor fit for the purpose nor of satisfactory quality described are not returnable except in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If an item is faulty and is not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, it will be returned to our manufacturer for testing. This process can take up to 28 working days. If there is no fault identified with the product a handling and service charge may be incurred.

Any International returns should contact our returns department or email for advice.

Please be aware that our Returns Policy does not apply to oils and liquids.

Goods being returned must include a copy of the original receipt inside.

There will be a 50% handling charge on all spare parts returned.

Items can either be returned by post or in-store.
